此次润邦达美应李尔邀约在沈北新区投资定建李尔沈北新工厂，该项目地块坐落于沈阳辉山经济技术开发区夏花湖街，地块占地面积约77亩，规划建筑面积约30000平方米，项目主要建设内容为汽车内饰零部件厂房、办公楼、仓库及附属配套设施等，计划于2022年11月正式运营。

Thistime, Runbangdamei, at the invitation of Lear, invested and established a newLear factory in Shenyang shenbei District. The project site is located onXiahua Lake Street in Huishan Economic and Technological Development Zone ofShenyang. The land area of the site is approximately 77 mu, and the plannedconstruction area is about 30,000 square meters. The main construction contentsof the project include automotive interior component workshops, officebuildings, warehouses and ancillary supporting facilities, etc. The project isplanned to be officially operated in November 2022.
