2024年7月31日上午，润邦达美汽车制造业供应链产业园(二期)项目开工仪式圆满礼成!沈阳市、经开区中德园政府各级领导、宝马集团相关领导、社会各界企业家代表及媒体记者等齐聚一堂，共同见证了项目开工的美好盛况和精彩瞬间。
On the morning of July 31,2024, the groundbreaking ceremony for the second phase of the Runbang Damei Automotive Manufacturing Industry Supply Chain Industrial Park was successfully concluded! Leaders from various levels of the Shenyang municipal government andthe Sino-German Industrial Park of the Economic Development Zone, relevantleaders from BMW Group, representatives of entrepreneurs and media reportersgathered together to witness the grand and exciting moment of the project'scommencement.
润邦达美汽车制造业供应链产业园项目是沈阳市“十四五”规划纲要中建设生产服务型国家物流枢纽重点项目，主要为汽车及零部件产业搭建了一个物流集运出口的服务平台，致力于补齐中德装备园生产服务型国家物流枢纽的基础设施短板。
The Runbangdamei Automobile Manufacturing Industry Supply Chain Industrial Park Project is a key projectfor building a production service-oriented national logistics hub as stipulatedin the "14th Five-Year Plan" outline of Shenyang City. It mainlyprovides a logistics collection, transportation and export service platform forthe automotive and auto parts industries, and is committed to filling theinfrastructure gap of the production service-oriented national logistics hub ofthe Sino-German Equipment Park.
项目总用地面积20万平方米，项目（一期）于2019年4月开工建设，于2020年6月保质按期投入运营，主要是为宝马车身及配套零部件提供出口服务的集运中心。
The total land area of theproject is 200,000 square meters. The project (Phase I) started construction inApril 2019 and was put into operation on schedule with quality assurance inJune 2020. It is mainly a distribution center providing export services for BMWvehicle bodies and related components.
本次建设项目（二期），总投资2.7亿元，占地面积8万平方米，规划建筑面积4.9万平方米，主要建设加工、仓储、物流周转用房及物流辅助设施，配套多功能数字化信息服务平台及控制中心、能源中心等，主要用于汽车零部件收发、加工、包装、仓储、转运物流信息等服务，成为集综合服务为一体的汽车制造业供应链枢纽场站。项目预计在2026年1月1日正式投入运营。建成后，项目（二期）可提供与汽车零部件产前、产后、出口相关的全链条、全生命周期的生产性服务，它将持续助力沈阳市打造生产服务型国家物流枢纽工程，对推动区域经济发展和行业进步提供力量。
This construction project (Phase II) has a total investment of 270 million yuan, covering an area of 80,000 square meters, with a planned construction area of 49,000 square meters. The main construction includes processing, storage, logistics turnover buildings and logistics auxiliary facilities, as well as a multi-functional digital information service platform and control center, energy center, etc. It is mainly used for services such as the receipt and dispatch, processing, packaging, storage, and transportation of automotive parts logistics information, and will become a comprehensive service-oriented supply chain hub station for the automotive manufacturing industry. The project is expected to be officially put into operation on January 1, 2026. After completion, this project (Phase II) can provide a full chain and full life cycle production services related to the pre-production, post-production, and export of automotive parts. It will continue to assist Shenyang in building a production service-oriented national logistics hub project, and provide strength for promoting regional economic development and industry advancement.
