6月16日，润邦达美汽车制造业供应链产业园区天蓝水净、一碧万顷。当天上午，铁西区长、中德园管委会主任郭忠孝带领政府相关职能部门负责同志来到园区一期建设项目暨宝马中国物流集运中心项目现场走访调研，宝马中国物流集运中心负责人Matthias、润邦达美物流股份有限公司行政总监郭巍、商务总监潘鹏、项目总监卢岩等公司领导参与接待。

On June 16th, the Runbangdamei Automotive Manufacturing Industry Supply Chain Industrial Park was a scene of clear blue skies and vast expanse of water. In the morning of the same day, Guo Zhongxiao, the district head of Teixi District and the director of the Sino-German Industrial Park Management Committee, take the relevant government functional department leaders to visit and investigate the site of the first phase construction project(BMW China Logistics Distribution Center project). The person in charge of the BMW China Logistics Distribution Center, Matthias, the administrative director of Runbangdamei Logistics Co., Ltd., Guo Wei, the commercial director, Pan Peng, and the project director Lu Yan, all company leaders, participated in the reception.

此一期项目由润邦达美物流股份有限公司投资建设，占地面积约65000平方米，其中包括仓库和办公等附属用房13846.70平方米、集装箱堆场10021.74平方米，仓库内包含办公区、存储区、作业区、设备区等，是一个兼具办公、物流运作的综合性建筑。

This project is invested and constructed by Runbangdamei Logistics Co., Ltd. It covers an area of approximately 65,000 square meters, including 13,846.70 square meters for warehouses and ancillary buildings such as offices, and 10,021.74 square meters for container storage yards. The warehouse area includes office areas, storage areas, operation areas, equipment areas, etc. It is a comprehensive building that combines office functions with logistics operations.

领导一行先后来到办公区和仓库参观。郭忠孝区长在参观过程中认真了解了项目建设的进展情况及交付运营前需要解决的问题，对润邦达美以高速度、高质量、高标准完成的宝马中国物流集运中心的建设给予肯定。

The leaders visited the office area and the warehouse area. During the visit, Director Guo Zhongxiao carefully learned about the progress of the project construction and the problems that needed to be solved before the operation. He expressed his appreciation for Runbangdamei's successful completion of the BMW China Logistics Distribution Center with high speed, high quality and high standards.

在办公区二楼，郭忠孝区长在负责人办公室画有项目平面道路简图的白板前驻足，详细询问了道路、电力、水务、电信等项目周边市政基础设施建设配套服务工作的进度，就加快园区外部配套施工事宜进行安排部署，相关职能部门负责同志表示将倒排工期、联合会战，尽快完成市政基础设施的配套服务。

On the second floor of the office area, District Chief Guo Zhongxiao stood in front of the whiteboard in the responsible person's office where a schematic diagram of the project's road layout was drawn. He inquired in detail about the progress of the municipal infrastructure construction and supporting services around the projects such as roads, electricity, water supply, and telecommunications. He also arranged and deployed matters regarding the acceleration of external supporting construction in the park. The responsible officials from relevant functional departments stated that they would reverse the schedule and organize joint efforts to complete the municipal infrastructure supporting services as soon as possible.
